Canon Ink Cartridges

Our Ink Cartridge Remanufacturing Process:

1.       Begin with virgin core.

2.       Thoroughly clean cartridge with heated reverse osmosis water.

3.       Completely dry cartridge foam.

4.       Vacuum fill with high quality ink.

5.       Allow 48 hour burn-in for ink to settle.

6.       Print test using CT-16 cartridge tester.

7.       Clean cartridge exterior and remove all OEM labels and apply new aftermarket label.

8.       Apply print-head tape and shipping clip to cartridge.

9.       Package in new vapor-barrier clear vacuum bag with expiration date stamped and printed on bag.
